SCA Eclipse plugin for Tuscany

Sebastien has written an Eclipse plugin that enables, amongst other things, being able to right click on an SCA .composite file and selecting "Run As / Tuscany..." to launch Tuscany with the composite deployed. Seems pretty cool, there's more detail about it on his blog so if you use both Tuscany and Eclipse it could be worth a look.
